Party Kara Do is a Data Fiduciary and you are a Data Principal in terms of Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2013. This means we are responsible for deciding how we can use your personal data. Party Kara Do processes information about contractors, visitors, enquirers and others for various, employment and administrative purposes, including the health, safety and welfare of individuals.
Your privacy is important to us. Depending on your certain information about you (personal data), which you may give us or we may collect directly or indirectly. This information, the purposes for which Party Kara Do may process it and the legal bases relied on will be explained in this privacy notice and those available at the point of collection and otherwise accessible to you. We will also inform you of any sharing of your data and how long it may be retained.
Party Kara Do will respect privacy and appropriate security measures will be taken to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure or loss. On a day-to-day basis, staff access to personal data is restricted on a ‘need to know’ basis wherever possible. You will have the right to: (i) obtain information about processing, (ii) seek correction and erasure of personal data, (iii) nominate another person to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity, and (iv) grievance redressal. As a Data Principal, you must not: (i) register a false or frivolous complaint against us, and (ii) furnish any false particulars or impersonate us or any other person in specified cases.
If you wish to complain about any aspect of Party Kara Do’s handling of your data, you have the right to raise a concern with the Data Protection Board of India.
Party Kara Do will not ordinarily charge you in respect of any requests we receive to exercise any of your rights detailed above. However, if you make excessive, repetitive or manifestly unfounded requests, we may charge you an administration fee in order to process such requests or refuse to act on such requests. Where we are required to provide a copy of the personal data undergoing processing this will be free of charge; however, any further copies requested may be subject to reasonable fees based on administrative costs.
